This page summarises selected account and offer points for convenience. The current terms accepted during registration, plus the individual offer card shown in the account, govern the service. Read both before depositing.
Account requirements
Accounts are for adults, with one account allowed per person. Details should be accurate and consistent with identity and payment records. Verification may be requested before the first withdrawal, including identity, address and payment ownership evidence.
Welcome offers
One of four welcome routes may be selected for an account. Our casino offer is 100% up to £500 plus 200 spins from £20. It uses 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, 40x on free-spin winnings, a £5 maximum stake while wagering and a 72-hour spin window. Crypto and sports routes have separate conditions.
Payments and withdrawals
Use a payment method in your own name and follow the exact cryptocurrency network shown in the cashier. Crypto payout processing is typically within 24 hours after checks, while arrival can depend on network confirmations. The account displays current transaction limits.
For a dispute, send support the relevant reference. This summary cannot alter the full terms displayed by VegasHero.
Account verification and restrictions
We may request identity, address and payment ownership evidence before approving a first withdrawal. Keep your registration information accurate and tell support if it changes. One account is permitted per person. A promotion may be limited by eligibility, expiry, game contribution, maximum stake or payment route. The individual card and full terms displayed when you opt in set the applicable conditions. If this summary and an active card differ, pause and ask support to clarify before depositing.
Using account controls
Deposit limits, reality checks and self-exclusion are available in the account. Review how each choice takes effect and retain its confirmation. Do not open a second account to bypass a restriction. These notes help orient you but do not replace the complete terms accepted during registration.
